- Screening and shortlisting: During the screening process, we evaluate all applicants to ensure they meet the requirements. This involves verifying their required SETA / QCTO documents and conducting initial telephone interviews to address any missing information. We then shortlist candidates for the interview stage.
- Interviews and final selection: Our interviews can be conducted online, via telephone, or face-to-face, depending on the clients needs. After interviewing, we create a final shortlist which is sent to the client for approval.
