Summit, part of the Invictus Education Group, is recruiting for a New Business Sales Solutions Specialist based at it’s Pretoria office.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B business solutions, especially in the education training sector. We are looking for candidates that are excited about the opportunity to identify, pursue and engage new business opportunities. They will work with the client to understand what internal key performance indicators are contained in the commercial drivers – if there aren’t any to establish and build them with the customer.
What the role includes:
- Present, promote and sell turnkey business solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

New Business Sales Solution Specialist Skills and Qualifications
- The successful applicant must have a Marketing, Sales or Business Management Degree
- At least 5 years proven track record targeted growth in B2B, and work in a sales related field
- Working in a training sector will be of an advantage
- Must have a driver’s license, and own vehicle
- Position to be based at Pretoria office, and must be willing to travel
