Sales Representative


Summit, part of the Invictus Education Group, is looking for a driven, dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative.

To succeed as a Sales Representative, you should have excellent communication skills, the ability to network and build long-term relationships and work independently and as part of a team. You should also possess an affinity for numbers and calculations. Sales Representatives must also be able to report accurately and timely manner.

This role aims to build B2B relationships within designated areas. These relationships form part of the learning element of our business and are essential in completing phases within the learning & development process. We use various techniques and approaches to assist in job creation. Over and above the expansion of our network, our main objective is to find suitable placement opportunities for qualified candidates within and outside their host communities.


  • Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Business Management


  • TARGET DRIVEN: Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in Sales or related functions. Present, promote and sell services and products using solid arguments to new and existing clients. Achieving agreed-upon targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • DATA ANALYTICS: Using and capturing data accurately, analysing data and reporting. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Ability to farm existing businesses and hunt new businesses confidently. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • COMMUNICATION: The ability to effectively communicate relevant information to the respective / designated person/s promptly and clearly, whether using written or verbal modes of communication. Excellent selling and negotiating skills. Supply Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • FOLLOW-UP: Strong urgency in following up with leads to qualify and close them.
  • REVIEW: Amend content and assessments based on external verification recommendations and reports
  • SYSTEMS: A sound understanding and working knowledge of CRM & BRM systems & LMS systems
  • COMPUTER LITERACY: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Outlook.
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Prioritizing, organising and managing time effectively within given intervals.
